Hello {{first_name | AI enthusiast}},

Teradata expands sovereign AI, Zoom opens its unified context layer to external assistants, and Amazon’s TorchNeuron lets PyTorch developers target Trainium with a single configuration change. Together, these moves push private infrastructure, interoperable agents, and alternative AI chips into sharper focus. Scroll down to catch the signals that matter.

Blu Dot surpasses 2,000% ROAS with self-serve CTV ads

Home furniture brand Blu Dot blew up on CTV with help from Roku Ads Manager. Here’s how:

After a test campaign reached 211,000 households and achieved 1,010% ROAS, the brand went all in to promote its annual sales event. It removed age and income constraints to expand reach and shifted budget to custom audiences and retargeting, where intent was strongest.

The results speak for themselves. As Blu Dot increased their investment by 10x, ROAS jumped to 2,308% and more page-view conversions surpassed 50,000.

“For CTV campaigns, Roku has been a top performer,” said Claire Folkestad, Paid Media Strategist, Blu Dot. “Comping to our other platforms, we have seen really strong ROAS… and highly efficient CPMs, lower than any other CTV partner we've worked with.”

Using Roku Ads Manager, the campaign moved from a pilot to a permanent performance engine for the brand.

🛡️ Teradata Takes Sovereign AI On-Premises

Teradata’s expanded sovereign AI brings AI Studio, data, vectors, models, and agents into customer-controlled Teradata Factory infrastructure. The offering also extends into air-gapped Google Distributed Cloud environments, giving regulated organizations tighter control over execution, governance, and sensitive workloads without surrendering enterprise-scale analytics performance.

Private, isolated AI infrastructure is becoming a strategic requirement for regulated enterprises.

🔗 Zoom Connects Context to External Agents

Zoom’s unified context layer now reaches beyond the Zoom interface through APIs and MCP servers. Developers can connect scheduling, transcription, search, administration, and contact-center actions to external assistants and workflows, allowing agents to act on communication data instead of merely summarizing it.

Interoperable context could turn collaboration platforms into agent-accessible operating layers.

Kinetic Seas’ MaluDB platform combines graph, vector, and relational search for AI applications. By bringing semantic similarity, connected entities, and structured records into one database environment, the architecture targets a persistent challenge for developers: building useful AI experiences without stitching together disconnected data systems.

Converged databases may simplify the infrastructure behind production-grade AI applications.

🧰 Zoom Opens Its AI Developer Stack

Zoom’s AI Services APIs expose transcription, translation, summarization, and voice capabilities, while expanded MCP support connects Zoom actions with compatible agents. Platform Studio consolidates those tools alongside Video SDK and Co-Browse SDK, giving developers a single launch point for AI-powered communications products.

Zoom is positioning its communications infrastructure as a programmable foundation for agent builders.

🏢 CBRE Expands Data Center Capabilities

CBRE’s Onnec acquisition agreement expands its data center infrastructure capabilities across Europe and Asia-Pacific. The deal strengthens CBRE’s reach in critical environments where demand is rising for design, deployment, connectivity, and operational expertise supporting increasingly dense AI computing workloads.

Data center services are becoming as strategically important as the facilities themselves.

🧬 RuVector Gives Agents Persistent Memory

Cognitum One’s commercial RuVector combines vector search, graph relationships, and persistent memory for AI agents. Its self-learning design aims to help systems retain useful context, connect related information, and improve retrieval over time, addressing limitations of stateless assistants and fragmented agent architectures.

Persistent, structured memory could determine whether agents become dependable long-term collaborators.

🤖 Xojo Lets Agents Debug Code

Xojo’s Release 3 introduces Agentic Mode, allowing AI coding agents to modify, run, and debug projects. Rather than stopping at code generation, the workflow gives agents a tighter feedback loop across implementation and testing, potentially reducing repetitive developer work while increasing the importance of oversight.

Agentic development is moving from suggesting code toward operating inside complete project workflows.

⚡ TorchNeuron Lowers the Trainium Barrier

Amazon’s TorchNeuron backend lets existing PyTorch applications run natively on Trainium with a device change rather than a rewrite. Open-source support for Trainium2 and Trainium3 preserves familiar PyTorch APIs, eager execution, and compilation workflows, making alternative hardware easier for developers to evaluate.

Reducing migration friction gives Amazon a stronger route into the AI accelerator market.

👁️ Beacon Watches Coding Agents

Asymptote Labs raised $5.5 million for Beacon, an open-source tool monitoring activity from AI coding agents. The product addresses a growing operational gap: organizations need visibility into what autonomous systems change, access, and execute as agents gain broader permissions across development environments.

Agent observability is becoming a prerequisite for safe autonomous software delivery.

🏘️ EasyAgentIDX Connects Real Estate to AI

EasyAgentIDX launched an IDX platform with a developer API, website tools, and connections to compatible AI assistants. The approach gives real-estate businesses a path to expose property data across digital experiences while enabling assistants to support discovery, lead engagement, and agent workflows.

Industry-specific data platforms will shape how quickly AI assistants become commercially useful.
